Ipswich Town spend the least on agents’ fees in the Premier League.

Ipswich Town had the lowest spending on agents’ fees among all Premier League clubs in the 2024/25 season.

New figures released by the FA reveal that Ipswich Town spent £6,264,471 on agents’ fees across the last two transfer windows, covering the period from February 2, 2024, to February 3, 2025.

This total is the lowest in the Premier League, placing them below other newly-promoted sides such as Leicester City (£9,824,219) and Southampton (£8,900,718). Even Championship side Leeds United outspent Ipswich significantly, paying £18,836,447—ranking ninth overall. Chelsea topped the list with £60,384,449 in agent payments.

Ipswich’s reported fees include costs associated with new signings, both permanent and loan deals, for the first team and Under-21s, as well as new contract agreements.

Several key players were part of those contract renewals, including Leif Davis, Conor Chaplin, Sam Morsy, Luke Woolfenden, Wes Burns, Christian Walton, Cieran Slicker, and manager Kieran McKenna.

For context, Ipswich’s agent fee spending was £849,657 during their League One campaign and increased to £1,263,449 last season in the Championship.
