Fulham are eyeing a summer move for Palmeiras midfielder Richard Ríos, as reported by Bolavip Brasil.
The 24-year-old Colombian has consistently impressed over the past year, drawing interest from several clubs. Among them, Fulham appear to be in pole position, having made early contact in what could give them an advantage. The club views Ríos as an “ideal player” to strengthen their midfield.
Although Ríos is aware of Fulham’s interest, he remains focused on Palmeiras, especially with the Club World Cup in the U.S. approaching. The tournament runs from June 14 to July 13, and Fulham are expected to submit an official bid after it concludes.
Palmeiras, however, will only entertain offers above €21 million. Should Ríos perform well at the Club World Cup, his price could rise—potentially strengthening the Brazilian side’s hand in negotiations.
