Fulham and Manchester United have both made enquiries about Inter Milan midfielder Hakan Calhanoglu, according to reports this afternoon.
Journalist Orazio Accomando claims the two Premier League sides have asked for details on what it would take to sign the 31-year-old, who has also drawn interest from Saudi Arabian clubs. Calhanoglu is reportedly keen to leave Inter following a poor end to the season and a fallout with teammate Lautaro Martinez.
Although his preferred destination is Galatasaray, the Turkish club can only offer £12.8 million — well below Inter’s £34 million asking price. At his age, it’s unlikely either Fulham or United would match that fee, but a move away from the San Siro still seems likely this summer.
