Sasa Lukic has expressed his determination to help Fulham achieve their best-ever season and secure European football for next year. Speaking to Premier League Productions, the Serbian international shared his belief that the team has what it takes to make history at Craven Cottage.
Lukic, now back from injury and playing a key role in midfield, highlighted the squad’s strong mentality, even after their FA Cup exit. He pointed to Fulham’s 48 points as proof of their hard work and motivation to reach new heights.
“I truly believed from the start that we could push for Europe, and I still do,” Lukic said. “Every game from now on feels like a title decider for us because every point matters in this race.”
Looking ahead to their clash with Bournemouth, Lukic acknowledged the challenge. He praised the Cherries for their strong season under Andoni Iraola and recalled their 2-2 draw at the Cottage earlier in the campaign.
“They’re a tough side, also aiming for Europe. It won’t be easy, but we’re confident and aiming for the win,” he added.
